Whether you have the design planned and a clear specification of work or just a few ideas, we are happy to apply our professional experience and advice to find the perfect solution to meet your needs and budget.

We can recommend Brighton-based architects Archangels Architects and Three Eleven Design or work with any architect of your choice. We will then give careful consideration of the requirements, materials and finish you desire in order to provide a full and accurate quotation – so that there are no hidden extras or surprises for you once appointed.

All quotations will be provided professionally in writing along with a clear indication of time-scales and possible start dates.

Assistance with planning applications and building regulation requirements will be offered as part of the TPS service.

ON APPOINTMENT

We will liaise with you to confirm start dates and details of who will be onsite and when. We are happy to arrange daily or weekly progress meetings as required. We will then work with any preferred suppliers that you have and schedule all deliveries of materials and waste disposal for you (where required).

REGULAR PROGRESS MEETINGS

As project managers, business owners Richard and Zigi are always available to discuss any concerns and update you on the progress of your project. Daily or weekly progress meetings can be arranged so that as a client you know exactly what is happening when and how it may affect you and your neighbours (in term of deliveries, noise etc).

CREATING THAT PERFECT FINISH

Towards the end of the project we will inspect our own work carefully to fix any snagging issues. We will also liaise closely with you as a client to make sure you are happy before we leave you to enjoy your space. However, if you find as the building settles or as you start using the space there are any issues we will happily come back to do any final touching up. We understand the investment and time that our clients invest in us and we want you to be totally satisfied with the results.
